Flea-Free and Ready to Fly

Ok, so I ended up buying a little dish that will hold Natalie's stars. So I started to make them, and then Anna came over to help. I had my computer in front of me, when I saw something crawling along the top of the keyboard. IT WAS A FLEA! It hopped off before I could kill it. So I was a bit grossed out. Five minutes later, I looked next to me, and there was another one! I was talking to Jason at the time, and he said to vacuum. So I got a hose vacuum and I found like five fleas. Anna and I high-tailed it out there and into the game room. Then we slept in my little sister's room. In the morning we worked a bit more on stars, but we didn't finish. So we went to Natalie's birthday party.

It was at Bamir Park or something. We started to climb this tree, but there was a bee hive in it, so I just stepped back and took pictures. We climbed a statue, and Sergio and Sophia got there. Sergio brought his soccer ball. So we went and sat on Nat's blanket and she opened her yo-yo and Sea Monkeys. Then Alex and Harry got there and we ate sandwiches and cake, and Sergio and Alex started doing dances....SO FUNNY!! Then Jocelyn and her boyfriend Evan got there, and we went to play frisbee. I had to go to the bathroom, so I borrowed Natalie's flip-flops, and as we were leaving, all of the guys were taking their shirts off. So. When we got back (the restroom was in the museum nearby, which had this cool exhibit with only cardboard boxes! it was cool) we climbed a tree. Then I went and laid down on the blanket and accidentally put my leg into a plate of cake. Ew. Eventually I went into the bee tree and just avoided the flying reincarnations of the devil himself. As I was sliding down one of its branches, I ripped a big hole in my pants. We called Natalie's mom and she came to pick everyone up.

But we couldn't all fit in her car, so me, Sophia (duh), Anna, Jocelyn, and Evan went in Serge's car, even though it wasn't technically legal. Our story was that Evan, Sophia, and Anna were his cousins, Jocelyn was married to Evan, and I was the one unrelated one. It was a bit scary being in the car with Sergio, he kept dancing to the music while he was driving, even on the highway. It was still fun though. I think I left a sock in his car though. Anyhow, at Natalie's house we ate oven pizza and tater tots (and I washed my pants), and we watched the garden state until 10:30, when Natalie's dad took me and Julia home. All my sheets and such had been washed, so I got to sleep in my bed

This morning I had to spray all of the pets with flea stuff. Kooliad HATED that. But whatever. We are almost rid of the fleas; we just have to get an exterminator. So, yes. The Sea Monkeys are 13 days old today... I'm hoping that since it's the 13th day, they will survive...

My parents come home tonight, and it won't be a day too soon. It sucked being sick without my mom =/
